Job description

AllHealth Network is seeking a HRBP - Analytics to oversees the daily administration of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), including: maintain quality and consistency of HRIS data, manage feeds with benefit vendors, ensure personnel actions are compliant with current HR policies and guidelines, providing HRIS training and technical support to staff, serve as liaison among benefits, recruitment, payroll, finance & IT.


Goals and Objectives:
Responsible for overall administration of HRIS system
Extract and report accurate data from HRIS system in a usable format to aid in organizational decision making
Assess HRIS functionality and features and make recommendations for process improvements

What You'll Do:
Configure HRIS, including workflows, as needed to meet organizational needs
Develop and administer standard reports and create ad hoc reports upon request
Develop module customizations as needed
Serve as lead in new module roll-outs and configuration
Respond to HRIS helpdesk requests
Develop training curriculum and conduct formal and informal training sessions related to the HRIS
Perform audits on a regular basis to ensure continued data integrity
Work closely with payroll department to ensure accuracy of benefit deductions, status changes, compensation, and time/attendance related issues
Provide support for HRIS including but not limited to, researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
Develop user-friendly procedures, training aids, guidelines and documentation
Communicate updates and new functionality to all staff as needed
Review and approve all workflow requests and status changes and ensure that appropriate related paperwork and tasks are completed as needed
Act as liaison between AllHealth Network and HRIS vendor
As needed and appropriate, provide guidance and counseling to management and employees regarding employee relations issues, employment law and HR policies and procedures. Advise and coach management on appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change and process improvement
Document all job-related procedures and provide cross-training for members of the HR team to ensure cross coverage and excellent service to internal customers
Prepare quarterly and ad hoc reports on employee turnover and exit interview data
Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures
Complete all required trainings as listed in Relias Learning (both online training and face-to-face training) within required timelines
Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education and ability of the employee.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources or related field
  • 5 years of HR experience, including 2 years HRIS administration (UltiPro experience strongly preferred)
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills with individuals of diverse cultures, backgrounds and levels within the organization
  • Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office and HRIS administration (UltiPro preferred)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to relay technical information clearly to individuals with varying levels of technical knowledge
  • Must be detail-oriented, be able to work independently, and demonstrate follow-through on projects
  • Must be able to organize and assume responsibility for projects and deadlines
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adjust effectively to frequently changing work assignments
  • Ability to handle personnel information appropriately and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work with employees and managers to understand issues and problems, investigate issues and develop appropriate solutions
  • Ability to complete reports, forms, and other documentation accurately, with high attention to detail and data integrity
  • PHR/SHRM-CP certification is preferred; Data Analytics certificate highly desired

Salary:

$71,000 - $90,000 annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
